Nursing Services
General Nursing:
The practice nurses run daily dressing, asthma, diabetes, weight management and blood pressure clinics. If you have any of these conditions and have not seen the nurse in the last year then please contact the surgery and make an appointment.
The nurses also perform many treatments and advanced diagnostic tests. If you need any of these you will be refered by your GP.
The community nurses provide general nursing services for those not able to attend the surgery.
Midwife:
The antenatal clinic is held on Wednesday mornings.
A midwife is available 24 hours a day. She can be contacted on 01556 610331 during surgery hours or on 01387 241207 at all other times.
Health Visitors:
The health visitors run a drop in clinic for baby weights in the practice between 12:30 and 2:00 on Thursday afternoons.
Childhood vaccinations are given after 2:00 on Thursday afternoons by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
